Main Aim: to promote holistic well-being and cultural diversity, inspiring individuals to adopt healthier habits. The primary goal is to create comprehensive strategies and action plans that empower participants to achieve a balanced and healthier lifestyle. The project strives to address the unique well-being needs of all individuals, facilitate the exchange of good practices and raise awareness of sustainable living, fostering a sense of unity and inclusivity.
Objectives:
- Promote a healthy lifestyle in terms of body, mind, and spirit.
- Educate on a balanced lifestyle, incorporating positive attitudes, responsibilities.
- Foster an inclusive environment to address the well-being needs of all individuals.
- Encourage physical activities and healthy practices.
- Raise awareness on non-formal and experiential learning.
- Facilitate exchange of good practices.
- Emphasize the connection between personal health and environmental sustainability.
- Acknowledge the interconnectedness of physical and mental health.
- Address challenges in establishing healthy routines.
- Create a tailored program that caters to the unique needs of each participant.
Activities:
1) Initial meeting in Udine, Italy
2) Gardening and nature exploration on a farm
3) Healthy cooking workshop
4) Mid-term meeting in Tenerife, Spain
5) Increasing well-being, stress management, and motivation course
6) Pilates session outdoors, meditation, mindful walking in the Botanical garden
7) Workshop “I am body, spirit & mind”
8) Final meeting in Hungary
