On June 6, we gathered for the final event of the 'Unleash Potential' project — a dynamic and creative conference focused on project results that support self-discovery and future career planning. 🙌





After a warm welcome and an introduction to the project, participants took part in an engaging self-presentation game that encouraged reflection and positive peer feedback. Together, we explored how to create standout CVs using AI tools and tested our knowledge with a fun quiz. 💭



The main project result — a TOOLKIT
featuring best practices from Italy, Lithuania, and Spain, along with training materials from international activities in Tusa, Italy, and Tenerife, Spain — was presented and discussed during the event.



Participants also explored their aspirations through a Career Vision Board activity — a visual and personal way to map out professional dreams. The day wrapped up with open conversations and reflections on personal and group growth. ✨ Project partners:
